Due to a rapid expansion we are seeking for a talented Microsoft Engineer who has extensive experience in Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server and software/services that run under those operating systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced IT engineer to join a dynamic company with a record of sustained growth. On the top of Microsoft Support we also get involved in networking. We have got our own state-of-the-art data centre space in The Bunker facility in Ash (Kent).

As a Desktop Engineer, you will work closely with network engineers for over 20 clients.

This role will involve some manual handling from time to time including movement of PCs, monitors, hardware, racking of equipment and other IT equipment.

To be considered for this position, you must have knowledge and experience of the following:

- Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems
- 2 years + in similar position
- DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server and associated protocols
- Basic networking skills are required

You will have a smart and professional appearance and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As an IT Engineer / Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will also be able to understand and explain the features and benefits of various IT solutions.

Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have industry recognised qualifications such as a MCP or MCITP.
